1. Accepting these terms
By creating a GLIT ID or using any part of the GLIT platform you agree to these terms. If you use GLIT on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Your GLIT ID
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or business may hold one primary GLIT ID.
3. Buying on GLIT
Orders form a contract between you and the seller. GLIT facilitates payment, holds funds until delivery is confirmed, and mediates disputes raised within seven days of delivery.
4. Selling on GLIT
Sellers must accurately describe listings, honour stated delivery times and hold the rights to everything they publish. GLIT may remove listings that breach these terms.
5. Publishing
Authors retain copyright in their work. By listing a title you grant GLIT a non-exclusive licence to distribute and promote it on the platform and partner channels.
6. Fees and payouts
GLIT charges a commission on completed sales, disclosed before you list. Payouts settle to your GLIT Wallet and may be withdrawn subject to verification limits.
7. Prohibited items
Counterfeit goods, illegal items, pirated content and anything that infringes third-party rights are not permitted anywhere on GLIT.
8. Liability
GLIT provides the platform as-is and is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
